the 8¼ x 7½in. plaque depicting two couples dancing on a chequerboard floor, contained within contemporary bird's eye maplewood frame inscribed on the sealing paper behind Scrimshaw by Captain Charles Talbot, from the ship "Rising Sun" out of Princetown -- overall 12½ x 12in. (32 x 30.5cm.)
