Namur was a second rate of 1697, served under Capt. Christopher Myngs with Shovell's fleet at the Battle of Vélez-Málaga, 13th August, 1704 with 18 killed and 44 wounded, but was never commissioned again, and, after being cut down, was broken up in 1723 at Deptford.
