carved from yellow pine and modelled as a bust-length young man fashionably attired in a blue coat with stock, his cloak and securing tassel off his shoulders, finished in old polychrome -- 29in. (74cm.) high

Condition Report

Structurally good overall condition, some splitting to front through lapel, head through the eye. The central section appears to be a single section of pine with the arms laminated to it with old witness marks.
