Built by Barclay, Curle & Co. in 1885 for R.&J. Craig Ltd, County of Edinburgh registered 2160 tons (1903 net) and was nearly twenty years old when she was sold to Russian owners in 1904 and renamed Frieda. On November 7th, 1916 she was on passage from Mobile to Greenock with a cargo of timber when she was wrecked on South Rock, near Cloughey, Co. Down.
