Lt. William Burgh, Flag Lt. aboard Queen Charlotte during the action, to his brother James 1798, and thence by descent.

The Union Flag from Queen Charlotte and Burgh's kit bag were sold by Christie's in South Kensington, Maritime & Naval Battles, 8th November 2006, lot 24; Robert Barker's diorama of this action was located in a circular room on the North Side of Leicester Square, the room is still extant and is part of a French church.
