constructed in copper and brass with Fresnal type glass to front, maker's label signed as per title and numbered 3448, hinged cone top to interior with sprung press-button shutter assembly and oil lamp on securing slide, copper back and top folding handles -- 17in. (43cm.) high
Provenance: Understood to have been used on the Dundee Harbour Trustees' tug Castlecraig, 1953-1986.
