which accompanied the small naval gold medal for Trafalgar awarded to Captain Rotheram: “His Majesty having been graciously pleased to order medals to be given to the Captains commanding Line of Battle Ships in the action of the 21st October 1805, as a mark of his royal approbation of so distinguished a Service”; two pages with draft of Rotheram’s reply
