Condition Report
Further to the catalogue description, the frame has been polished and instrument has evidence of much use: the vernier assembly is now quite fragile and needs to be moved with care. The index shades are also quite loose and the horizon mirror is tarnished. The scale remains in very strong condition and is very clear, the Vernier scale is complete but not as strong.
