A PAIR OF BLUE FLASHED GLASS DISHES BY JULIA LINSTEAD FOR THE WORSHIPFUL COMPANY OF SHIPWRIGHTS, CIRCA 2000

of circular form, etched with the arc from the Company crest with the City of London sword over the bow and a Dove of Peace -- 12¼in. (31cm.) diameter; together with a glass goblet by Whitefriars, London, commemorating the coronation of Elizabeth II, 1953, red-white-blue glass twist stem, scratch signed and numbered '92' under foot -- 8¼in. (21cm.) high; and a porcelain pill box and stand inscribed The Spry

The Worshipful Company of Shipwrights, the dishes presented in 2000 by Peter C. Tudball, CBE, in commemoration of his year as Prime Warden 1999-2000, the goblet presented by Sir William Lacon Threlford, MBE, RD, Second Master 1938-1939.
