Condition Report
Scale in fine condition, brass arc needs cleaning; Instrument shows signs of having been fully refurbished by John Parkes & Son presumably just before it was re-tested in the Husun laboratory. It now has quick-release sighting tubes instead of the fully threaded ones it would have had originally. Two tubes are present with an alternative eye-piece for the day tube. Box is probably original but relined with new baize. Instrument has some mild spotting of verdigris but is in good overall order. The rule appears little used and is in excellent original condition.
