heavily constructed in brass and steel with substantial spring mechanism, stamped to the side W & C 206 and secured to the drop-front of the hinged oak box with label remnants in lid, with key -- case measurements 9¼ x 8 x 6¾in. (23.5 x 20.4 x 17.1cm.)

Mechanism appears to be in good overall working order; case has been rubbed down and waxed externally; some shrinkage to the side panels of lid.
